Process Involved

Creating a project for tender

Adding Tender details and requesting for finance department about the BG opening or similar works

Adding all the tender document details if assigned to Company

  •   Every step needs a prior approval for proceeding to next step.
  •  The project will be visible to only Tender and finance teams at initial processing stage. The project will be visible to all departments once project is allocated to Company.


REPORTS OF TENDER DEPARTMENT
  •   The management can know how many projects that they are eligible.
  •  How many projects we quoted in a finanacial year and the total value.
  •   How many projects are in live progress.
  •  Time completion of each ppoject.
  •   Total project information like how many bg’s ,lc’s,materials procured,store details,vendor details,employee working for that particular project
  •   These all will get in a single report and without contacting any employee.
