This module deals with assests i.e.

•   This process deals with entire assets of company and project wise.
•  Every Asset should follow a particular procedure to shift either inter exchange or intra exchange from project.

Entire process has been disturbed in to two process as follows

1)Mechanical Assets 2)IT Assets

•   Until technical team issues an Indent no new asset can be processed in system.(So this is the first step to start).
•  Once if the Indent is approved it will processed to IT or Mechanical team on its type
•   So either of the team starts their process of procurement ( procurement process is clearly explained in next coming slides).
•   Once procurement process finishes they will assign to stores(Store process is also clearly explained in next coming slides).

Reports From Asset Management

•   Each and every asset can be traced easily by using this application.
•  Assets that are kept idle can be known easily.
•   Every asset repair details and cost for that repairs can be known easily..
•   Log book of Mechanical asset can be seen and monitored easily.
•   Value of Asset can be known easily.
