•   Each and every transactions of money will be noted down in this module.
•  All the bank details will be stored in bank master.
•  All the BG and LC limits will be updated in to their respective banks.
•   For every payment there should be approval from concerned authority with all relevant attachments.
•   None of the payment would not be updated until and unless a relevant attachment is attached.
•  All deposits of various types such as NEFT, IMPS, DD, Cash deposit will be noted down with relevant attachment's.
•  All payment request from different departments of different types such as NEFT, IMPS, DD, Cash deposit would also be updated with relevant attachment’s.

REPORTS OF FINANCE MODULE

•   Bank wise statement can be obtained,
•  Bank’s daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly wise statement can be obtained.
•  Only debited transaction details can be obtained.
•   Only credited transaction details can be obtained.

BG Reports

•   Monthly, yearly, quarterly wise BG opened, BG in LIVE, BG’s to be closed reports can be obtained.
•  Commission's deducted for BG’s in certain period can be obtained.
•  FDR report against BG’s can be obtained.
•   BG present limits can be obtained along with their history of updation.

LC Reports

•   Monthly, quarterly, yearly wise LC opened, BOE, LC in live, LC’s to be closed reports can be obtained.
•  FDR report against LC’s can be obtained.
•  LC present limits can be obtained along with their history of updation.
